2019 RECIPIENT TESTIMONIES
This scholarship was the first scholarship that I ever applied to due to how easy and accessible the requirements were. One winner would be chosen by grade level and lucky for me, my prizes included a brand new nook tablet, a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card, and the newest edition of the SAT & ACT prep books. Fast forward to a few months later and I was chosen as a winner by the Gaspar family! I was genuinely so happy and excited, and when finally meeting them I was embraced with such kindness and generosity. The scholarship greatly enhanced my learning capabilities by allowing me to work with a tablet that is easy to use and study from. The SAT & ACT prep books are one of my favorite prizes because they have allowed me to prepare myself for the SAT coming up soon, which is extremely important for college applications! I also want to include that this scholarship has helped me grow my opportunities. It was the push I needed to start looking into other scholarships and applying for them. Thank You Gaspar Family!"

"The Cougars Can Achieve Anything scholarship has been by far the best decision I've made. The rush of excitement I felt when my name was announced as the scholarship recipient overflowed. The laptop I've won has served me so much. Right away, I used it to submit my college applications, check my application status way too frequently, and it has been the very same laptop that I used to find out that I got accepted into Mount Saint Mary's! Thanks to this scholarship, I will be better prepared when the time may come for an online education and for so much more. So thank you for taking your time to help students like us because it makes such a big difference to know that there are opportunities waiting out there for us."
