This book gives me the knowledge I need to help me find and pursue my dream school. An enormous thank you to the Gaspar family who welcomed me with such warmth and generosity. Without them this opportunity would not have been possible. This scholarship has shown me with some hard work and dedication nothing is impossible, all you have to do is try and believe in yourself."

"Wow! I mean winning this scholarship was such an awesome experience! I really didn't expect I would win, but I was so glad to know that my hard work was recognized. I was so happy to have earned this accomplishment on my own. As a student, I feel proud of the amount of growth I was able to have academically and personally. I feel inspired by this experience. I know that I can look back at this moment and feel hopeful and motivated to keep going, despite life's curveballs. I'm proud to say that I didn't let my path define me, but rather I was able to rise above it and show the world my strengths.
